Welcome to the YedPro App, a platform connecting service providers with clients in Tunisia and Algeria.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the YedPro App (“App”) as a service provider offering services such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other home maintenance, construction, or repair services.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be a licensed professional (where required by Tunisian or Algerian law) or qualified to provide services listed in the App (e.g., installation of faucets, sinks, toilets, showers; electrical repairs; painting).

You must provide accurate credentials and documentation upon registration.

3. Service Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide services as described in the App (e.g., installation, repair, maintenance) with professional care and in compliance with local regulations.
• Honor agreed timelines, pricing, and scope of work with clients.
• Maintain necessary licenses and insurance as required by law.

4. Payment Terms

Payments may be processed via the App or directly from clients to you.

App Payments

Payments processed through the App incur a commission or service fee as specified in your provider agreement.

Payments are subject to Tunisian and Algerian tax regulations.

Direct Payments

If clients pay you directly (e.g., cash, bank transfer), you must report these payments to YedPro within 48 hours for transparency and commission calculation, if applicable.

Failure to report may result in account suspension.

Non-Completion of Services

Non-completion of services may result in non-payment or refunds to clients for app-processed payments.

5. Liability

You are solely responsible for the quality and safety of your services.

The App is a platform and does not guarantee the outcome of services.

We disclaim liability for disputes, damages, or injuries arising from your services, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Data Privacy

Your personal data (e.g., name, credentials, location) is collected to operate the App and connect you with clients.

We comply with Tunisia’s Law No. 2004-63 and Algeria’s Law No. 18-07 on data protection.

Data is shared only as necessary to facilitate services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including failure to deliver services, unreported direct payments, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the App.

8. Intellectual Property
